What Would You Like to Know?
DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?
We charge a flat rate fee for most of our services. Some jobs can take longer than estimated timeframes. We don't want our customers to worry thinking about time and cost, so we prefer to give a flat rate, when possible for services. Please contact us with your specific needs.
DO YOU OFFER BUNDLE PRICING?
Yes, we are happy to provide a discount if you’re in need of more than one service on the same day.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY SERVICE?
We ask that you give us notice at least 48 hours in advance for rescheduling and cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule a relocation service we ask for at least 72 hours notice so that you are not subject to losing your deposit.
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL FOR RELOCATIONS?
Our headquarters is located in Atlanta, Georgia. We will relocate you anywhere within the state of Georgia. Give us a call so we can discuss your specific needs.
HOW WILL MY FURNITURE BE PROTECTED?
We ensure that your furniture is protected by having the best pack wrapping. We also use pads and straps to protect and secure your items. We secure every load nice and tight for a safe and comfortable ride to it's destination. We pride ourselves by letting our work and reputation speak for us.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A RELOCATION?
If you decide to pack your belongings yourself, we ask that you label your boxes so that when we arrive to the new location we can easily arrange your items in their locations. Concerning any appliances we ask that you empty them. We will do the moving. If you need us to pack boxes for you, no problem! We also ask that you dispose of any broken items such as glass or any other sharp items so the work environment is safe.
WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SERVICE?
We will send you an invoice prior to starting the job which is due in full once the job is completed. We accept all major credit, debit cards, cash and Zelle. You can pay through our secure online payments. For some relocations we require a down payment of 20%. We do NOT accept checks.
IS THERE ANYTHING YOU WILL NOT HAUL AWAY?
We will not remove items with bedbugs, infestations or things with bodily fluids. All other items we will gladly remove and dispose of. Additional charges apply.
